Safety guidelines

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly before putting your hands anywhere near your mouth. We provide anti-bacterial soap and disposable hand towels at our handwashing points just outside the farm yard, garden and cafe
  2. Cover all cuts and grazes before visiting the farm
  3. Children who suffer from asthma/hayfever may experience difficulties in the dusty farm environment
  4. Pregnant women should not come into contact with sheep at lambing time, due the risk of Toxoplasmosis
  5. Eat and drink only in designated areas
  6. No dogs in the yard
  7. The Farm staff are trained in First Aid and a First Aid Point is located in the Farm Office.

SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

If you are a school or group planning to visit the farm, please remember to book in advance, even if you are doing your own activities.
