Sculpture form is agreed- it will be sturdy enough to last outdoors, and create power from the wind, to revolve the wheel at the top. Bolting, cutting, welding and strengthening create 4 legs to support the whole frame.
A stand-alone wind powered revolving wheel is also designed, to be placed near the big 4 legged sculpture. University of Central London students make whirly gigs, experimenting with designs using wind power. They share energy saving ideas, paint, and and take photos.
