Cancellation Policy

In the event that a confirmed booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the date a full refund will be made, minus £5 administration fee for processing the booking and refund.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled within 30 days of the date a refund will not be possible but we will make every effort to find an alternative date that works for you.

In the event the UK government explicitly prohibits gatherings of no more than 6 people due to covid or introduces regulations to that effect, a full refund will be made up to and including the date of the reservation.

Notification of cancellations should be made in writing to farm@hackneycityfarm.co.uk and will be effective on the date received.

Hackney City Farm reserves the right to cancel the booking if the holding of the function is deemed a conflict of interest or potentially harmful to the business of Hackney City Farm or its staff. Should it be deemed by Hackney City Farm management that a client has withheld and/or not disclosed full details of the event and its contents for any reason then Hackney City Farm reserve the right to cancel the booking without penalty or liability.
